Phenom Battlegrounds Player Safety and Conduct Regulations
1. Prohibited Items A: No weapons, including firearms, knives, brass knuckles, or
similar items, are permitted on Phenom Battlegrounds premises.
2. Prohibited Substances: No Alcohol or Illegal substances allowed on Phenom
Battleground premises.
3. Staging Area: This area is designated as a non-playable zone. All replicas must
have barrel covers on, magazines removed, and pistol replicas holstered.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIRING IN STAGING AREA.
4. Airsoft Replica Standards: All airsoft replicas must register at or below 1.14
Joules (equivalent to 350 FPS with 0.20g BBs) during chronograph testing.
Chrono tags will be verified prior to field entry.
5. Mandatory Protective Gear: All participants must wear approved face and full
seal eye protection(ANSI Z87+) at all times while on the playing field. Removal of
protective gear during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
6. Firing Mode Restriction: Gameplay is restricted to semi-automatic firing only.
Full-automatic firing is not permitted.
7. Dead Rag Requirement: All participants must carry a red “dead rag” when
entering the field for play.
8. Elimination: You are eliminated from the game when a BB strikes you on any
part of your body or gear, excluding replica. Pull out your Dead Rag and go to
dedicated ‘elimination box’.
9. Dead Men Tell No Tales:Upon elimination, participants are prohibited from
engaging in any verbal or non-verbal communication with alive players.
10. No Blind Firing: Participants must not fire their replicas without a clear line of
sight to their target.
11. Engagement Distance: There is no minimum engagement distance during
gameplay.
12. Emergency Procedures/Blind Man: In the event of an emergency during
gameplay like a bad fall or if someone's eye protection becomes removed,
immediately cease play, secure your replica, and loudly announce “Real World”
or “Blind Man” repeatedly until game staff halts the game for assessment. All
participants must stop playing and moving upon hearing the first call.
13. Compliance with Referee Instructions: All participants must follow the
directives of referees and staff at all times.
14. Respectful Conduct: Avoid excessive shooting of players and refrain from
targeting referees or staff.
15. Property Protection: Do not shoot at non-structural property, including lights,
speakers, cameras, technical equipment, or any items located at the top of the
referee tower.
16. No Physical Altercations: Physical confrontations between participants are
strictly prohibited.
17. Magazine Removal and Discharge: All participants must remove magazines
from their airsoft replicas and discharge any remaining BBs at a designated
depository before exiting the playing field to the staging area.
18. Barrel Cover Requirement: All airsoft replicas must ALWAYS have barrel
covers on when off the playing field. Pistol replicas are to remain in holsters
when off the field.
19. Sportsmanship: Embrace the spirit of Phenom Battlegrounds, adhere to these
regulations, and enjoy a safe and fun experience!
